Two Skype sessions with different managers. They ask you basics about working with students, and your leadership capabilities. They will ask about your experience, how you perform in a work environment where you are 'on' all the time.

Two video chat interviews. Both were pretty straightforward and conversational. I was asked to teach something in the first one and in the second we just talked about the position. It was pretty easy and the flow was good.
