S J Amoroso Construction interview questions

I was phone screened, then invited in for in-person interview with upper management. The interview was casual enough to feel comfortable but I was asked hard hitting questions about what I was looking for in my next job and my previous experience.

It was a question and answer about construction of a typical 15-20 Million dollar project. After the 1st interview it was a two year game of chase where SJA wanted to hire me for a career not a project. Benefit and bonus programs were not clearly defined at the interview or even on an offer sheet.
