The interview process was quite exhausting and much longer than I expected. Their recruitment system is extremely strict and structured. It follows a three-stage format.
First, there’s a written HR round that screens your basic suitability. If you clear that, you move on to a second written exam, which is far more detailed and tests your subject knowledge. Only after qualifying both of these stages do you reach the final interview round.
You’ll receive a call only if you successfully clear all three levels. If you don’t make it past any one stage, they usually don’t send an update, so it’s better not to expect a revert.
