• Teamwork
• Clinical competence in nursing or midwifery
• Organisational skills, priority setting and adaptability
• Consolidation of theory to practice and critical thinking
• Commitment to person-centred care
Group interview with panel, asked about previous experience and gave scenario questions for us to answer. Also discussed availability and if there was any required leave within the next 6 months.
I submitted application and they contacted me not long after then I attended an interview IT was not too hard I found. There were like 6-8 questions mostly not too hard i found
