    Pros

This company offers excellent benefits. The jobs are secure and there is a family atmosphere. The management is pretty flexible and very understanding about work life balance.

    Cons

The pay is not that high. There is little room for growth and promotions. Management is very traditional and does not make too much room for improvement. Tendency to make staff feel unappreciated.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the staff and give appreciation as they make everything run and work.
