I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SANA (Pune) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was really a very bad experience with interview at Sears.
There is no screening of profile before calling for the interview.
I appeared for interview of senior automation tester and cleared the 2 rounds L1 and L2. Then was told to wait for managerial round. After waiting for a long time, I was told that they could continue with the next round as I had appeared for interview of the same project before..Don't know why the hell they called me again for the same project. Just to waste my whole day.
The HR told me thay would again conduct all the rounds for another project and called me for F2F interview the next week.
I was made to wait for 3 hours and then took my L1 round interview.
The interviewer asked the basic questions, I answered all of them correctly but still I was not selected. I think there wasn't any vacancy in that project just for a formality they took my interview as they couldn't process my candidature for last project.
So my 2 days were totally WASTE!!?
I was made to wait for 3 hours . Then they took the first round which think
