I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SAP Ariba (Vellore) in Apr 2021
Interview
there are three rounds
tech-1
tech-2
HR
In this three rounds, HR is quite easy.
tech-1 includes coding and tech2 includes technical questions.
In HR rounds they will ask family background and About the projects in detail.
It was good. They stressed on algorithms and current project. Few questions were on system design. Had total 4 rounds. Interviewers were also good. Three were technical rounds and one was system design.
During the interview, the manager asked me a question. I answered "hashmap", after which she quickly got angry and said "why would you use a hashmap, use a regular map. A hashmap is only when you want to map a key to multiple values." I wonder how someone like this is even allowed to work in software engineering. How they even got through a basic cs class is a mystery.
