Met with three practice area leaders - the hiring manager, the division leader, and a would-be peer - who asked insightful and engaging questions. I felt as though they had really considered my resume and qualifications ahead of time and hadn't just skimmed them on the way into the room.

Initial phone conversation to check the fit and general background, pretty straight forward. Followed by an interview with 2 business + 1 HR people... had earlier asked me to prepare a presentation on my most challenging project to date. Very friendly and relaxed.
