Went for the assessment for Sas link Oslo base. Had a 4h assessment that consisted in a presentation of the airline and the offer, a group exercise that lasted 1h and a short personal interview that lasted less than 20 min. The experience was really good there was only 15 of us and they explained everything well. Sadly very few got selected and never got a feedback despite thinking I did quite well.

The assessment day consists of 2 parts. First part includes an introduction to the company and what you can expect from the job. Then an easy multiple choice English test, and a group activity. If you pass that then you will get to the personal interview which is around 15-20 minutes.

It was a group exercise, the situation: there was missing meals: who would you give the meals we have on board? different options available, for example: family with kids, frecuent flyer, SCP, new passenger.. and discuss. Then an exercise with another person about describing, and finally personal interview.
