The Whole Process took about 3 Months from first Phone Call to final interview which kept getting pushed off to a later date several times. You meet with 7 different people in Director level positions which include meeting the owner. In my particular case, each person whom interviewed me had not seen my application or resume until the morning of the interview. Although everyone was very kind and seemed to like being a part of the company, the process is very taxing and the first interview with a director locally had told me that the corporate office turns down a lot of people. My complaint is not that I did not get the job even though I thought I would be a good fit, its that it took 3 months for the process and then I did not hear anything back from them until I continually reached back out to them "in a professional way". Another downfall in my opinion is that prior to your final interview they want you to jump through a lot of hoops including having multiple business and personal references that they contact ahead of time. It's a turn off to me because when looking for your next career step you really don't want company's calling your references all of the time. If a company is serious about you, they should call your references after your final interview to reassure what they experienced in your interview process.
