I applied through company employee referral. recruiter reached out to me scheduled meeting for screening call. gave basic overview about the company and the role. team's expectations from the candidate.

Il processo consiste in 3 fasi: la prima fase in cui fai un colloquio conoscitivo dove spieghi un po' il tuo percorso e il motivo per cui hai scelto l'azienda. La seconda fase invece è un colloquio tecnico in cui ti fanno qualche domanda specifica riguardo al tuo background. La terza fase invece è quella finale in cui parli col manager.

Primio colloquio conoscitivo con HR svolto a distanza dopo aver inviato una candidatura online per una posizione junior. L'iter successivamnete prosegue con altri due o tre colloqui con il fine di verificare le competenze tecniche
