Interview
I got the interview because of an on campus career day. Talked to them at the fair and was called back that same day and they asked if I could meet for an interview the next day. It was a 30 minute long interview, 2 interviewers and myself. It was very casual, I was in a suit, one of them was in slacks and a button shirt, the other slacks and a collard shirt. They asked me a few questions about myself, my work, and what kind of experience I had. There were no technical questions.
Then they asked if I had questions for them. My questions took about 7-10 minutes. We talked about Denver, the work area, and who they wanted for the job.

Interview
Had a phone call that went through standard behavior interview question. Next round was three 30 minute interviews in a row that went through technical questions. Two rounds were coding and then the next round was bit questions. I ended up getting an offer from another company too and found the HR representative to be very pushy and confrontational. I ended up declining and got a very rude response back.
