I applied online. I was interviewed by 3 people over the phone (conference bridge). An HR person and 2 managers interviewed me. The questions weren’t challenging. The people were nice. I had answered online how much money I wanted and they seemed shocked. The HR person said she hadn’t looked at my answer. I don’t think they would have interviewed me if they knew my price to move.
