Overall the process moved very quickly from the initial recruiter interview to the second interview. In the second interview I was told that I would be moving on to the next round. Upon me following up with the recruiter after not hearing anything, I was informed that they had already sent an offer letter out to another candidate for the position prior to my interview. It was a large waste of my time to interview for a position that was not even available.
