      Director of Product Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SFR3 (Miami, FL) in Jul 2025

      Interview

3 one-on-one interviews. Then a take-home exercise where you are given data on homes and tenants and asked to analyze it before sharing it with a panel of 4 people. The interviews are rushed, where the interviewer talks super fast and cares little about what you have to say. The exercise is pretty much the same, do not attempt to explain a complicated concept, they won't listen. Do not expect them to respect your time, my interviews were moved 3 times and then my panel was cut short.
