SILICON Refractory Anchoring Systems interview questions

The assessment test itself was tricky, it was more about being attentive & quick and following instructions (literally) than about intelligence. I think it gives an idea about what it feels to work there and their obsession with details & IQ (since they keep track of that). They couldn't make the decision at the end and decided to offer a case study to participants, basically asking for industry analysis and potential opportunities for growth and insisting on providing all the details and sources (which is too much to ask considering the amount of work and what you get at the end). They just wanted applicants to work for nothing.
