The interviewer was nice and repeated the questions politely when I couldn't hear her well. I didn't get a second interview offer but I had a positive experience considering this was my very first interview to join the workforce.

Easy interview phase but so hard to get into this phase. You have to pass the several test and then continued with group discussion. If you pass both test, you will go into interview phase

I can't swim, not my talent, so the question is how if something happen in offshore and you working there, you can't swim, what would you do?

The interview consist of multiple stage. Every stage will evaluate your IQ, skill and decision making base on limited resource you have. The spirit of teamwork also are essential when come to solve a problem.
