Initially there was a one on one phone interview with a recruiter/field supervisor. Second stage included a 3 day stay in Oklahoma to see their training center and complete the final interview process. After viewing the facility and conducting some power point demonstrations of the company we conducted a leadership exercise that was semi-evaluated and on the final day an interview was conducted was two of their site supervisors.
