Interviewed in November and invited via email by a generalist and key decision maker after the CEO. The interview was a get to know each other but it felt as it was mainly him practicing for HR. Said we were to plan a second interview to also meet with the Production Manager and visit the "farm" but never fell through. Followed up with reports to show my history. I was really eager to join so of course I reminded via email and phone, only to get a reply that they were still discussing it. A waste of time
