Talk to the CEO in his office for roughly 30mins. The CEO is very nice and pleasant to talk to. Occasionally meet some of the relevant team. I personally got the job from cold emailing the team and asking for a job.

A couple introduction questions at first, but after that the interview is a breeze. If you received an invitation to do the interview, you basically got the job. The last half of the interview is talking about the firm and if you have any questions.
