2 rounds of interview. Nothing much but just to know you more.
Give a sense of safety to interviewer and show that you are initiative. They want people who can work with superior demands and manage subordinate competencies.
Eg. show that you were in a mid-leadership role with superiors on top and subordinates below and show how you managed your role.
