Sent an open application to company. Interview process is divided in 3 circles. Psychological testing, technical testing and interview with department manager and human resources. After all 3 circles job offer is sent via email.

Interview
I got a call from the HR. Profile was inspired through Naukri. Initial telephonic discussion done in the phone call and discussed about the notice periods and salary/benifits. Online technical interview with the senior software engineer through G-Meet
They just evaluated in simple process. I don't felt difficulties in cracking the interview. Have a touch on SQL which will be most asked one's and don't have to worry about the communication skills. They make process quick.
