Applied online and had to complete an easy quiz. Got an email a few days later asking to come in for an interview that friday morning. The interview itself only lasted 10minutes maximum. I was asked standard questions about my past experience using tills etc. and questions relating to customer service. I was given the promotional food booklet for that month and was given a scenario where i had to help a lady pick food to feed her family. Was then given a pack of breakfast bars and was told to sell them to the interviewers. There were two interviewers - the assistant manager and a lady from HR. I got a call that afternoon to say i'd got the job and had an induction that sunday for 5 hours to fill in paperwork and stack shelves
