Interview
I was told to meet them at their store. I wasn't really advised where to go. Just to ask for someone. I got lead to a back area where I had to wait for my interview.
After that they took me into a very small room and had me sit at a table with two people. One was on the left and one was on the right.
This was kinda intimidating and I wasn't sure who I was meant to look at.
After a few questions they took me out to a Shelf and told me to "sort" it. They gave me no instructions other than that.
Wasn't really sure what to do.
After I was done "sorting" the shelf they asked me a meal prep question.

Interview
The interview process was relatively fast and quite casual which made me feel more at ease, the manager was very reassuring throughout the interview and we were briefly joined by an assistant manager
Filled in Application form in. Reieved acceptance letter. Got invited for an Interview. Confirmed Interview date and time. Sucessful applicants letter received. Accepted the job. Got a start date with training given.

Interview
The interview was a straight forward, conversational style interview as opposed to anything involving metrics or assessments. The people were very friendly, and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the beginning.
