Contacted by recruiter. Phone interview then two in person interviews. Process was not very organized. Lots of waiting between each contact. I had to call the recruiter several times to determine the outcome of my interviews. They decided not to fill the position for budget reasons.

The interviewer presented a business case and asked how I would handle the situation. After I answered, the interviewer said that's exactly how it was handled.
