Interview
First encountered SS&G through a career fair. Had a phone interview, followed by an in office interview. The people were nice, but unfortunately I did not receive an offer.

Cannot remember any being exceptionally difficult, most of them were behavior based, meant to see if you were a good fit.

Interview
I met with recruiters from SS&G on the career fair of our college and submitted an online application afterwards. I received the interview invitation a few days later and scheduled an on-campus interview. The interview supposed to last 30 minutes, but I got out of there 10 minutes earlier. Overall, the interview went pretty well, but I lost alert because the interviewer was the same recruiter I met on the career fair. I knew I didn't do well as soon as I step out of the office.
