HR phone call followed by 3 back to back interviews. Each interview had a panel of a few employees. Went over company/position background and job expectations, discussed personal background experience and about me.

Quick and easy. 1 phone call and 2 interviews. I got a call back within the week. Both of the interviews were back to back. It was more like a conversation.
