Assessment Centre which included a group exercise, interview and in-tray exercise. In the group exercise each candidate had to read different information, share it with the group and then come together to a conclusion. The interview was a competency one of about 30 minutes in an informal way. The in-tray exercise included how to do the marketing of a sandwich shop, which sandwiches to display and how to display them. Generally a very positive experience.
