L'azienda ricerca neolaureati proattivamente tramite i career service universitari (anche se poi la recruiter non lo sapeva in fase di colloquio e pensava li avessi inizialmente contattati io) e offrono salari di partenza competitivi per neolaureati (Ingegneria) senza esperienza pregressa.
