The whole process is very professional, thorough, organized and efficient. The process took about a month only because of the limitation on my time availability. I started with the Culture Index Questionnaire, followed by the phone interview, tests (accounting and excel skills), on-site interviews, and received the offer in 2 days after the final interview. The process moved quickly and smoothly. The recruiters were very responsive over the email. They always kept me updated on my status and informed me the next step within a few hours after the completion of the last step. Everyone I spoke with – recruiters and interviewers – was very friendly, smart, engaging and knowledgeable. They asked good questions. I was taken good care of during the whole process. The process not only allowed STRAIT to know more about my working experience, personality and values, and life outside the work but also allowed me to learn more about the company’s culture, the position’s requirement and management’s expectation. Overall, the interview experience was fantastic. I enjoyed it a lot.
