I didn't even get a chance to explain myself throughout the interview. She didn't make me feel welcoming at all. The weirdest interview I had in my life, absolutely strange.

Renee Sacks was extremely rude during our interviews. She constantly interrupted and was not welcoming to me as a candidate. In no way shape or form did she make me feel like she actually wanted to hire me other than she was completely desperate (apparently I would have been the third person hired for this position in a year due to everyone quitting/being fired). Completely unrelated to our conversation, she began to make fun of deaf people and people who are not fully abled. The worst part this process was that this woman thinks she is a gift to the world, completely lowballing a salary and justifying it by being completely rude and negative about my skills and experience. She wants you to beg for a higher salary. Also, zero vacation days are offered in the benefits package. ZERO. Lastly, before even being hired she wanted me to keep my final salary offer a secret from the other coworkers ... I'm curious as to why they would even ask me? Overall strange experience, I was told that the other women in the company didn't want to hire me, to keep secrets from others before even being hired... horrible interview process.
