The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Chandler, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
I filled out and online application and then was asked to complete a 100 question personality test had 6 possible answers to each question agree -somewhat agree-do not agree-really do not agree-somewhat disagree etc
I question was about if you ordered something and the wrong item was sent and the company wanted you to return the item at your expensive how would you react. There were several questions attached to this scenario and some of the questions really depended on additional information that was missing.
I failed one section of this test and was escorted out and told to reapply in 90 days.
It seemed like a very hard job because you would be monitored very closely on the phone and if you were late a few times you would be fired. I could not help but feel it was very political there.

Interview
Easy process just a few questions and simulation of a call to see how you do on computer. Then ask you to use rapport to do a quick example of how you would sell the windshield and how you would push for selling wiper blades.

They will hire anyone.

Interview
I received an email from a recruiter who invited me to come in for an assessment test. When I arrived, The receptionist gave me a paper that explained the job description. Then, I was seated at a computer and given a typing test and one of those "agree - strongly disagree" assessments, followed by a customer service phone simulator, where an automated voice gives you their information and asks you questions to that you have to answer A, B, C, or D to. When I was finished, I waited in the lobby area for my test scores. The receptionist told me I passed and said I would received an email scheduling an interview. 2 days later I went to my interview and was given a paper with a list windshield wiper details. She asked me to memorize some of the benefits as I sat and was give 10 minutes to review the paper. When my interviewer called me in, she seemed pretty casual so I felt comfortable. She asked me to sell her some windshield wipers as she impersonated a customer. You basically just have to overcome 1 objective by giving 1 benefit of the wipers. From there I was give a sheet that showed available shifts. I chose my shift, picked my start date, then I was on my way.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the initial computer assessment, there is a section where there are series of patterns and you have to guess what the next shape in the pattern is going to be. It is multiple choice, but you are timed on each pattern.
