Felt less like an interview and was more of a get to know you, very little stress kind of conversation. There were, however, 3 different interviews conducted, but the entire process took less than 2 weeks.

This process is long and engaging. They want to make sure that you are a right fit for them as well as they are right for you. You have to ask lots of questions. Be honest and engaging.

Interview
Two part interview, first is based on background evaluation. The 2nd is formal interview with situation annalists questions. They will first call and assess you, then set up a interview. If you are selected they will contact multiple individual for formal interviews based on comprehension and situation analysis and your ability to solve work related problems and confrontation.
