started off as an online application, if they liked that they you do the online assessment, if you pass this then it is a phone interview & if they are satisfied it is a face to face interview (a lot of steps for a customer service rep job)

Very easy, lots of star questions so be ready. Go in there with a positive attitude and you have the job. Don’t overthink it and just be yourself. I prepared a lot of what if questions and they definitely came in handy. Also do your research on the company

I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.
