Interviewed in person with two staff members, they asked questions about my resume, and it was pretty easy. The interview was in person, and there were multiple in the same room at the same time. However, it was still private.

The interview process begins with an online application that includes including resume and recommendation letter and then once a person passed that along with a gpa requirement you are asked to come in for an in person interview.

Interview
I first had a group interview, then a 3:1 interview. The questions were not too difficult to answer, but some required critical thinking. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the interview. The 3:1 interview lasted around 20-25 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for me to ask questions or for me to go more in detail when answering questions.
