I was interviewed by a manager. and the person responsible for training new staff one time, in person.
They both seemed bored and disinterested in me and the process. The trainer even stated she hated training new staff! (and she did a poor job of it--eventually, I had to be trained by another individual, who had me up and running in two days). The room was bland, the work area was a mess, and we were constantly understaffed. These two persons no longer work there, but a new candidate would be wise to ask about staffing ratios.
