2-3 months after applying, I received an email to schedule the interview. Interview questions with HR rep were thoughtful, but 25 minutes is not enough time to answer all their questions and ask a couple questions yourself. Also, the rep seemed overwhelmed and that impacted the interview. It didn't feel like I had a chance to really figure out if we were aligned or not, despite common goals etc.

The interview process at Samsara was very organized and streamlined. I first met with a recruiter, then the Hiring Manager, behavioral interviews with the team, presentation and interviews with senior exec. Throughout, Samsara was responsive and moved with precision on each step . They approached every interaction with me with empathy care and it made me feel like I was the only person they were interviewing! Needless to say, it was a good insight into their culture and values, which made me want to work for them even more.
