I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Samsara
Interview
I had a great experience throughout the recruitment process. From the start, communication was clear, timely, and super friendly. I always knew where I stood and what was coming next. The whole process moved quickly, but never felt rushed, which I really appreciated.
They were really flexible with scheduling and open to accommodating my timeline, which made the experience feel personal (as opposed to transactional).
Overall, it was one of the most candidate-friendly processes I’ve been through; Smooth, efficient, and human!

Interview
The process started well initially. During my panel interview, my interviewers came in rushed and said they had already done two of these today. They were unprepared and seemed unfamiliar with the assignment I was given. AI was a large part of the discussion and it was obvious the panel did not understand it at all.
