Santa Ana, CA interview questions

The interview process consisted of unqualified people younger than me who did not work for the city of Santa Ana. They asked very irrelevant questions for the position. You could tell they had no clue because they could not understand my answers to the questions. It is due to the inexperience of the interviewers. Their HR person came back and told me I was not qualified. When I asked for specifics, I did not get any. The HR person told me they did not know how to rate the applicants because they have no records. This HR person got angry when I replayed the recording of our interview debunking every lie she said. Basically, they hire people by throwing proverbial darts at the candidates' names. The HR rep got really angry when I posted my bad experience on social media. This HR person tried to have me thrown in jail for harassment. This HR person removed the video from social media because it made her look really bad. People should not waste their time applying or working at the city of Santa Ana because you will get nothing but bad treatment from their employees.

Takes a while, keep an eye on city inbox. It took me between 2-3 months to officially start. They will also send you to get a medical exam before starting.
