Interview
It took a full day for me to have my second round after the written test. They couldn't find any panel, because they were all packing up for the day and at last they found a guy named "Kiran Pakala", whose designation is apparently QA lead. I had the Skype round with him. He asked me the easiest questions in Java and Selenium. His first programming question was "Fibonacci series", which is the easiest. I gave in my code and he didn't say anything and asked me next set of questions. And at later point of time he told me he is not happy with my code for Fibonacci series. I was surprised and told him that I shall write again. This was not well received and still I continued. I wrote the same program again, exactly as I wrote last time. And this time he told that, the code is correct. I was so fumed at this and his unprofessional behaviour. I guess this would have hurt his ego and I did answer all his questions correctly. And at last before even I disconnected from the laptop, his reply came as "I nahi", which means "I'm not selected".
I'm actually happy that I didn't go through, because if I had , then I would have been reporting to such worthless leaders. Thank God.

Interview
I gave an interview at bangalore location. They called me at 10 a..m . Interview started at 10:30. First round was online- 22 questions based on java,selenium,sql,testNG. 2nd round was aptitude test. After 2 rounds, they took me for 3rd round and started looking for meeting rooms available (lack of management). they looked for 5-10 mins,came back and said that the person is busy in some meeting and to wait for 2 hours. I waited and went back to them. i sat for another hour and a person came and said i will call you once i have my lunch. when he came back ,some other person came and said we are ready for the interview. inside the interview room,2 people were there(not the same person i waited for 3 hours). Interview started and they started asking questions. One of the interviewer's attitude towards me was pathetic. His attitude was very unproffesional. Whenever i was not able to answer any question,he started making faces and made me feel like he was tolerating me somehow. Now, i accept i might not be 100% accurate in some of the answers but his attitude was making me very uncomfortable. There was 2 more people on the other end of the table who were shouting over some call. At last , I left the room in the middle of the interview. Worst Experience ever!
