Satcom Direct, Inc. Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was very smooth.There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was with Hiring Manager and they asked some questions about my past experience and some questions related to this job role and then next round of interview was on-site . there were 4-5 members were there and they asked me questions from my resume and they prepared a paper and they asked c++ questions from that sheet or other technical questions.I felt positive with the interview because I answered all the questions except 1-2.I got feedback after 2 or 3 days of interview and didn't gave me Feedback Why I was not selected. This is worst thing, Its ok if you did not selected, but you should give feedback so that candidate prepare accordingly for next interview.

Group interview, four members out of the hiring team, one was a manager, lots of technical questions, a written test ...surprising not to have a computer assigned for testing...a silly critical thinking test (that made too much of a difference), ..a tour of the company at the end of interview
