The interview process went very fast. It felt like the company was a little disorganized. The role and responsibilities didn't quite match the job description. Pretty standard for a startup.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate the candid perspective and are always working to improve both our interview process and how we communicate role expectations!

Interview
The interview process felt disorganized and left me with a negative impression of the company. In the initial call, the recruiter’s tone came across as passive-aggressive, and very little information was shared about the role or team, though I was told I’d advance to the next round.
I was looking forward to speaking with the hiring manager, but scheduling was handled poorly. After I selected a time based on the manager’s availability, the company later moved the interview on my calendar without asking or notifying me directly. I had to rearrange my own schedule to accommodate the change.
Ultimately, just two days before the rescheduled interview, I received an impersonal email stating that the position had already been filled. Overall, the process felt rushed, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of candidates’ time. It was not a positive candidate experience.
