Be prepared for shockingly inappropriate and unethical (and frankly, illegal) interview questions about your age, health, children, marital status and personal life. They try to vet you as far as they can take it. They will call everyone they know on your Linked In contacts list and ask about you. Make your Linked-In private please. They gave me a hire date that I planned around, only to tell me at the last minute that upper management decided to freeze hiring. Cost me money and really messed me up for a while. Don't bother with these people.
