Very fast and easy. No curveballs but very technichal at times. They ask about different aspects of product management and ownership. It was a 3 step process, with meeting the manager, and a case
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schibsted (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had:
1. HR screening
2. Product interview
3. Home excessive (preparing a presentation over things I had no clue on...)
3. Another product interview, and going over the presentation
4. Engineering interview
5. UX interview
6. Engineering interview + lunch
Other than the last interview, which was on site, all were mover video.
The process was long but fair. The interviewers aim was to test my knowledge over the different areas they believe a product manager be fluent with.
After the interviews they also asked for references.
All in all, the process took about 3 months, but I believe it would have been shorter had not the summer holiday caught it at the beginning.
