I applied online. I interviewed at Schibsted (Oslo)
Interview
Three step process, online tests followed by a first assessment day. Out of the participants, approx. 50% were called to a second interview, two weeks later.
First interview:
Regular presentation about the company, followed by an easy group case, where focus was put on the group dynamics. Last up an approximately hour long interview based on the personality test that was given online. Rather stiff and standardized, and no "tell me about yourself".
Second interview:
30 minutes of intense questioning to get under your skin. No cases, but questions regarding your big decisions in life, why you are interested in media, and an intense dissecting of the details. Only 30 minutes, but very intense.

Question 1
What will you do five years in working at Schibsted? Leading a service or a project? Where in the world? How big of a group will you be leading? How will you be leading them?
You perform a programming task then move onto interview if they like your work.
In main interview, you explain your methodology in your programming task. Then you have a very long "talk" with your project lead. It is very open ended and try to see if you're the best fit.
