We got interview online. Went into store and talked to manager for about 30 minutes. We discuss and ask questions. Pretty easy in my opinion. I got the job shortly after a week.
I applied online and was interviewed over the phone. Most of the questions that I was asked were basic questions that don't require a whole lot of thought. You should know what kinds of skills or positive personality traits you have that would be relevant to the position.

Called in to have a brief interview with the Customer Service manager. Interview lasted about half an hour. Was hired within a week. Employer was very flexible in terms of start date and scheduling.

Are you able to handle the responsibilities of the job with or without accommodation? This includes ability to put items into bags, retrieve carts from the parking lot in all kinds of weather, lift up to 50 lbs, assist customers as needed, work evenings and weekends, possibly some holidays.
