The interview was simple. Responded to an ad. A few days later I got called in to come fill out an application in person. The supervisor was very friendly/laid back. A week later I was offered the job. I started two days later. No training was really needed as long as you have phlebotomy experience and considerable social skills.

Management was very easy going. One kn one interview. Mostly asked questiins fron a check list. Easy if you have experience in the field. Hiring process was easy and quick.
