After communicating with the hiring manager via multiple emails, phone screens, and finally taking time off to visit the site for a face-to-face interview, it's just common courtesy for SC to send an email to confirm that the they are moving forward with another candidate. I sent two separate inquiries to the Hiring Manager and absolutely no response till date.
