The interview process began with a phone interview that was about 30 minutes late. This interview went really well, however I was unsure if I was still a candidate as I didnt get a reply for a few weeks. Then by email I received a simple homework assignment to show my though process in a products concept to fruition. A few days later I received notice that SG would like to see me in person and they scheduled a round trip flight to Las Vegas. I was set up for a 10am to 3pm day with 4 interviews and about a 7 total interviewers. These interviews seemed to go great as the focus was almost entirely on my skill, walking through my portfolio, and touring the facility. Unfortunately, I have been waiting over a month for a reply from SG, even after a followup email. This experience has changed my perception of what seemed like a really cool company to work for.
