I've interviewed twice now for this role and it's always been a very informal chat with maybe one or two actual questions. I don't know if that's because I was a former student. Both interviews I came out feeling very positive, but ultimately have never been offered the role. One massive letdown from SRUC is that they will not give you feedback on your interview. My initial rejection email never mentioned offering feedback at all, but my most recent one encouraged us to reach out for feedback that would be provided within two weeks. I had to chase up HR twice and never got anywhere. How are you supposed to process rejections if you don't know what you've to work toward? It's a poor show, especially because I look back at my time as a student at SRUC really fondly. It does discourage me from wanting to potentially apply for a future role here.
